ACT

What is ACT?

ACT refers to the use of principles of acceptance and commitment therapy to help clients develop psychological flexibility and achieve their goals through mindfulness, value exploration, and willingness to act.

Through ACT, coachees can gain psychological flexibility, recognize their personal values more clearly, improve mindfulness, set and implement value-based goals.
