Tim Kleber

Tim, as an engineer, business psychologist, mental health expert and data scientist, heads mentalport as managing director. His diverse background allows him to effectively combine technology and psychology.
As a former federal official and trained auditor, Tim has, among other things, audited and certified all Bundeswehr supplier companies with regard to occupational safety. He has also been deepening his expertise in mental health for more than 13 years now. In doing so, he combines many years of experience in occupational safety and has first-hand knowledge of all the details and problems of mental risk assessment.

Steven Jones

Steven, psychologist and expert in biofeedback processes, serves as Chief Psychological Officer at mentalport. His experience includes building successful start-ups and BGM departments, human factors training in aviation and running his own practice for neurofeedback and psychological test diagnostics. In his work at mentalport, he places particular emphasis on the use of evidence-based interventions to improve mental wellbeing.
